Our story
Built on one founder’s exit, refined through hundreds of conversations.
Ruaidhris founded the firm in 2008 after selling his own BV and seeing how many founders were being guided by generic checklists. The market needed sharper thinking, better timing, and someone who understood the emotional side of selling.
From a small Dublin office, the team grew through referrals from banking, tax, and entrepreneurial circles. What changed? Our standards stayed high, even when the work got bigger.
2008 — The first advisory mandate
Ruaidhris started with a single conviction: founders deserve advice shaped by real exits, not theory.
2013 — Tax strategy and succession became core
As our client base grew, so did the complexity. Holding structures, dividend strategy, and family succession moved to the front of the table.
